In this image, the Iron Patriot is using Captain America´s indestructible shield. That never happened in the movies but in the comic book versions, super-villain Norman Osborn is the one who wears the armour and carries the captain's shield. Comic-lover David Cubero somehow saw a parallel with Greek sculpture Discobolus of Myron, and created this picture under his History of Art series.
Through the shield, this image also superimposed Captain America's indomitable spirit of righteousness onto the technical power and prowess of the Iron Patriot's suit, making him the image of a truly remarkable superhero.
